My little detour on Saturday resulted in a wide variety of images and subjects. Considering how busy this week will be for me, that is a good thing since I don't know how much new photography will get done over the next few days. Yesterday was the first day in a long while that I took not a single photograph.
That's probably not such a bad thing. I need to catch up on my processing. There are many wonderful images that I captured from our trip back up to the holler a couple of weekends ago, so a little break from shooting isn't a bad thing. Between these two trips and some random morning walk shots I filled up a 16GB memory card. I sometimes worry that I don't pick the best pictures to work with or that I'll forget to go back to one that I liked.
Today's images come from Saturday's little unplanned excursion. As I drove along that back road the sun spotlighted this pretty black and white pony. I pulled over to the side of the road to take a few shots and saw that he had unusual blue eyes.
