Seeing Red

bird on fence

Warm autumnal reds seem to be catching my eyes these days. Today's featured image was shot on my boyfriend's backyard fence which seems to be a popular resting spot for the neighborhood birds.

Tuesday morning, I noticed the bronze reds of the dogwoods on my yard and processed using Shadowhouse Creations textures.

Last week, I created a simple little vignette on my deck with a fallen oak leaf and an acorn picked up from the side of the road.

  1. Oh Leanne...that first shot is simply gorgeous. The shades of red you captured in it just make me warm looking at them. Great job.
